Lochmead Highlands

Designer: Dean Lowdon

Course Description:

Following a significant redesign in 2015 Lochmead Highlands, formerly known as Lochmead, is a par 72 measuring in at over 7,300 yards. Located less than 10 miles from the famous Loch Lomond golf course, former host of the European Tours Scottish Open, the course offers stunning cliff top views across the North Sea to make for a memorable (if sometimes rather damp and chilly!) golfing experience. With different tees to choose from and large greens multiple set ups are possible at Lochmead Highlands meaning the course can play very different from round to round.

Pretty good course. Amazing clubhouse area nice driving range and parking lot. Some of the bunkers and water hazards seem forced and some pieces of the fairway look out of place. It is very playable and has some risk reward holes. Overall not bad I'd give it a 3.5
