Course Description:

This beautiful 18 hole coastal Delaware golf club plays to a par 72 and is located on the coastal HI way just north of Ocean City. The scenic outer bank road is the perfect location for this championship course. The course features generous rolling fairways with large landing areas, a few are trapped, most are not. Some of the greens are large with easy pins; some are small with tight pins. It plays about 6400 yards from the red tees and about 7600 from the blacks. The course will play easy for the experienced player but may challenge the newer player. The fairways are firm and the greens are medium. The course is pretty old school; sorry guys not many waterfalls around these parts. This is my first course designed fully in TGC2, not something started for or in TGC1. In any case, I hope you enjoy the course and give me you feedback.

*Please note I only play true sim TGC, my reviews are based on this*

Really nice course. Simple but challenging from back tees. The par 5's are maybe my only complaint, as most if not all of them were well over 600 yards. Nice open fairways on most of the holes but smaller challenging greens make the course a nice breeze to play. If I hadn't taken a snowman on the back nine, I would have a shot a really nice -6 on my first play through. Has a nice simple wharf theme that looks nice and isn't overdone.

Highly recommend this course for tourney play.
