Playa Maravilla CC is situated in the dunes of a fictional island, potentially off the coast of Spain. The goal was to create a lush, championship style course within the dunes of Maravilla beach and to create planting and smooth sculpting that will make for an immersive experience. The front is very short (par 33 and about 3100 yards), but plays more difficult than the back nine (par 37, around 3800 yards). The course is situated near a city and plays along the coastline.
