Tight fairways, nice courses.
This fairly challenging course featured some of the nicest tight fairway design I've encountered. Very narrow, some requiring a shaped shot around trees to find them. Trying to land GIR from the rough on these fairly firm greens wasn't easy.
The greens were nicely sloped with no trickery. I personally had problems getting the ball to hold but a lot of that was a function of my driving inaccuracy. Almost all of my birdies were a result of my chipping in, which I did with quite a bit of frequency.
The course did have a very nice appearance. Nothing really unique, but I find with the vast array of courses, its almost impossible to come with something that hasn't been done already. I did have trouble pinning down which of several Interlakens I was charged with reviewing, as there are 8 courses by the same name.
